Per Point Monthly High 2025 ROFR Prices
Each month the high per point price for a buyback could change. Remember that the amount of points on a contact sold also plays into how things appear to be going. The recent monthly high could have been for a contract with more or less points than yours. This can change your potential best price to bid with. These are the most popular ROFR DVC resorts for the year of 2024 in order of most to least.
Disney’s Old Key West Resort had the most with Disney’s Animal Kingdom Villas having quite a few as well. We saw just a few at The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa and only one at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows.
The rest of the home resorts were marked safe from ROFR DVC buybacks in 2024. So what will we see in 2025? The same popular buybacks? We’ll have a monthly report each time there are buybacks to share.
