Aunty’s Beach House, a family favorite at the Disney Aulani Resort, will be reopening May 25, 2022! COVID-19 restrictions are washing away with the tides in Hawaii, allowing this resort exclusive kids club to reopen for your little surfers, mermaids, and sand castle builders.
For those DVC members that have yet to make it over to the island, Aunty’s Beach House is an included amenity at the Disney Aulani Resort for keikeis (kids) ages 5 through 12. The beach house has 6 unique themed rooms catering to what kid’s want to do on vacation. All activities will follow the theme of the day and help kids’ imaginations soar, as parents get 90 minutes to roam the resort and have adult conversations, and maybe even a grown up beverage or two!
Your little ones will get to surf from room to room and dive into activities like arts and crafts, gaming, movies, dance parties, and more! If an hour and a half is not enough for your little island goers, Aunty’s Beach House also offers, “Uncle Side.” Uncle’s Side of the house is for stays 2 hours and on for premium activities at an upgraded rate. Uncle’s premium activities include Surf’s Up, A Surfin’, Fishin’, and Dancin’ Party with Disney Character Friends, ocean exploring, and carpet surfboards with Goofy’s son, Max.
Aunty’s Beach House and Uncle’s Side are open daily from 8am to 2pm with a reservation. Beach House reservations can be made two weeks ahead of time on DisneyAulani.com or by calling (808) 674-6943 from 7am to 9:30pm daily.
The fun doesn’t have to stop at 2pm though! Disney’s Aulani wants to let everyone in on all the fun at Aunty’s Beach House, which is why they are introducing, Aunty’s Beach House After Hours. After Hours are 4-9pm where families can come together and engage in creative activities to get everyone in your school of fish having fun. You can also upgrade to premium activities which include ukulele lessons, animations classes, and photo opportunities with some special Disney friends.
With the reopening of Aunty’s Beach House, Disney has placed some protocols for your family’s health and safety. Face covering requirements, temperature check-ins, capacity limits, social distancing will take place for all Aunty’s guests.
