With the amount of time you have access to the park, you can also see all or most of the park and attractions if you wish.

If you want to be in the park around 6:00 p.m., you may want to consider congestion in the evenings around the Disney Springs area. The weekends especially can bring in additional traffic. Leave earlier than you might think.

Disney After Hours vs Extended Hours

Both Disney After Hours and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours offer access to the parks with less people. The main difference is that Disney After Hours requires the purchase of a ticket and will have fewer people than Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. The included snacks with After Hours events is another difference. With Extended Evening Theme Park Hours you must be staying at a Deluxe Disney resort hotel to be able to access this offering. If you are staying at a Deluxe resort, like a Disney Vacation Club property, you can technically enjoy both of these, if they are offered, to get the most out of your time at Disney. Disney Enchantment at Disney After Hours is another difference.

Basically, if you want to experience the parks with the least amount of people, After Hours is for you. If you want less people but prefer to try the offering that’s included with your Deluxe stay, Extended Evening Theme Park Hours is it. Extended Evening Theme Park Hours is also offered at different parks on different nights. Your choice may end up being what’s available during your stay.
