That’s resale. More on that below but DVC direct prices vs resale are really something to compare before buying. Note Disney Vacation Club direct prices can change at any time and often do. DVC seems to raise prices throughout the year and every year or so on each resort, usually targeting a few properties at a time. Sometimes just one resort will go up in price.

Resale DVC is basically buying someone else’s contract instead of buying from Disney. It’s totally legitimate, the contract goes into your name and you become the new owner.
