We’ve reached the time of year when Disney Vacation Club shares annual figures. The notice of the 2021 Annual Meetings of the Board of Directors and Members Disney Vacation Club Resorts Condominium Associations shows us mostly minimal increases. What do DVC point dues cover? Depending on your home resort, DVC timeshare dues cover things like administration and front desk costs, animal programs, the annual audit, DVC reservations, fees to the division, housekeeping, income taxes, general excise tax, shared area expenses, insurance, legal fees, maintenance, management fee, member activities, security, transportation, and utilities. The actual 2021 Annual Meetings of the Board of Directors and the 2021 Annual Meetings of the Members will take place on Thursday, December 9 at the convention center at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. DVC members can expect more information after that. Note that these figures aren’t finalized. Here are the Disney Vacation Club proposed 2022 dues.
