We thought after high school we wouldn’t have to hear the word “suspension”, but Disney is throwing that word around a lot lately with their annual passes. Maybe they thought that with the holidays and the 50th Anniversary that the announcement of the Disneyland’s annual pass “Believe Key” would get lost in the holiday bustle- but, nothing gets past DVC Members.
Last week, Disney announced that three out of their four Annual Passes for WDW would be currently on pause, Disneyland’s Dream Key Pass sold out a few weeks ago, and now this week as the pumpkin pie has just digested- The Believe Key pass is sold out too. The Believe Key pass included:
*Park Reservations up to 90 days in advance and could hold up to 6 park reservations at at time on a rolling basis within a 90-day window.
*Reservation based park admission to one or both theme parks most days of the year. Block out dates may apply.
*Up to 10% off select dining
*Up to 10% select merchandise.
*Half off of Standard theme park parking
Currently, the only Magic Key Pass that is still available for non-California residents is the Enchanted Key Pass, and the Imagine Key pass is available for Southern Californian residents. There are no annual passes that are available for non-Florida residents for Walt Disney World at this time. The Pixie Pass is still available for Florida residents only.
This has caused some major stress for Disney fans (Annual passes are great stocking stuffers..well, they were great stocking stuffers. Too soon?) Upset Disney fans even took to social media and are calling the Disney company every Disney villain’s name under the sun. You don’t know what you really want until you can’t have it.
We will keep you up to date with all annual pass info! And if you were thinking of getting the Pixie Pass, The Enchanted Key Pass, or the Imagine Key- do not wait for a Holiday sale. Purchase now!
