Ah, January. The fresh start of a new year brings so much promise and opportunity for vacations. And as promised we’re back with the second installment of our monthly DVC average resale price series. This time we’re showcasing DVC average resale prices from January of 2022. Let’s reflect on DVC Resale Experts statistics for the month. With these insights we aim to provide value and help you stay informed when it comes to making big decisions and buying or selling DVC points. Remember these are the average rates over the month and sales at higher and lower prices per point may have occurred. We’re just focusing on the average prices.
DVC Average Resale Price January 2022
Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge came in at an average of $123.50 in January.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort sold for an average of $151.43 per point.
Disney’s Beach Club Villas sold for an average of $153.00 per point in January of 2022. Note that direct prices for this resort were raised to $265 last month.
Disney’s BoardWalk Villas January average resale price was $117.00 per point. When buying direct, Disney’s BoardWalk Villas went from $210.00 to $230.00 per point last month. That’s quite a difference in price comparing the resale vs. direct prices! It’s $113.00 more per point to buy direct at Boardwalk based on these recent numbers before other applicable fees.
Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge were an average of $109.50 per resale point last month.
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins sold at an average price of $158.83 per point in January.
Disney’s Hilton Head Island Resort went for an average of $75.00 per point during this time.
Disney’s Old Key West Resort was $125.00 per point on average last month.
Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows sold for $165.00 per point on average.
Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa was $128.21 on average per point.
Lastly, in January of 2022, Disney’s Vero Beach Resort sold for $70.00 per point on average. Disney direct prices for Vero Beach were recently raised to $140.00 per point. That means the current resale rates offer 50% savings!
