DVC Average Resale Price Thoughts
Take some time to compare the DVC direct prices vs resale. You’ll be surprised how much you can save by buying resale. At the time this post was written, Disney Vacation Club was selling Bay Lake Tower at Disney’s Contemporary Resort for $245 per point. On the resale market, Bay Lake Tower has been selling for around $164 per point. At that rate, for a 150 point contract you could save $12,150! Resale DVC prices continue to rise over time but in most cases present a much better rate than buying from Disney. Interested in how these prices compare to last year’s?
