Disney Vacation Club is a magical adventure. There are many joys of ownership. There are also annual dues. These are also known as maintenance fees and cover many costs associated with operating these resort hotel style accommodations. Owners see their annual dues go up a little bit each year. So how much are DVC maintenance fees 2025? How much have annual dues gone up this year?

The 2025 DVC maintenance fees have not been released yet.

We will update this as soon as the proposed numbers are out.

When do DVC maintenance fees come out?

Based on years past, Disney Vacation Club annual dues for the year release late in the year prior. Considering that, we expect proposed 2025 DVC maintenance fees to be released in or around November of 2024. When first shared, they are proposed and are later voted on at the annual meeting. The annual dues become official after the Board of Directors Meeting takes place.

You may remember the Annual Meetings of the Board of Directors and the Annual Meetings of the Members from years past. This happened every December. On July 1 of 2024, a new law went into effect that requires quarterly meetings in Florida. Disney Vacation Club now holds quarterly board meetings for Florida resorts. The first happened on September 26, 2024 at the Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Convention Center at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando. We can probably still anticipate maintenance fee business to take place at a December meeting ever year.
