The Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival has become a massive event with a growing collection of Disney character topiaries. You can also enjoy all of the park’s regular attractions at this and all of Epcot’s festivals. Let’s go over what there is to see and do at this long running, annual event.

Epcot Flower and Garden Festival Guide
Your day at the Epcot flower festival can look much like a regular park day or be completely filled with flowery offerings. What’s blooming at the Epcot flower and garden festival? Epcot festivals usually follow the same framework. This event is no different. Here’s what you can expect to see:
- themed food booths around World Showcase and elsewhere throughout the park
- special entertainment, demonstrations, seminars and more inspired by flowers and gardening
- annual event merchandise featuring Disney character art
- Disney character topiary displays from popular and classic films
- Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration Scavenger Hunt
- a special Spaceship Earth lighting sequence for the event
- the Garden Rocks Concert Series in the America Gardens Theatre
- a butterfly garden, walk through experience
- and more magic
What are the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival dates?
Dates for Flower and Garden have not been announced for 2025. The EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival dates were February 28 through May 27 in 2024. These events run around the same time every year. For planning purposes, a March, April or May trip should be a good fit if you want to go to this festival. In 2023 the event was longer and ran from March 1 through July 5. In 2022, flower and garden was March 2 to July 4. We’ll have to see if the event continues to be shorter, ending closer to spring’s end instead of stretching into summer in 2025.
How much are tickets to the Epcot flower festival?
All Epcot festivals are included with your regular day ticket or Disney annual pass. Disney tickets use dynamic pricing. That means they cost more at times Disney perceives as peak times. One of the busiest times of the year at Disney is spring break which happens to fall at the same time as this event. The cost of a Disney World theme park ticket also varies by park. Epcot tickets during flower and garden can range from $109 to $159 plus tax. Multi day tickets lower the price per day and Florida residents can get different rates. Tickets cost more if you want to add the ability to visit more than one park in a day with Park Hopper.

Enjoying a full day at Epcot is a dream and staying nearby makes it even better. Many of the hotels with excellent locations are Disney Vacation Club hotels. This club is the Disney timeshare.
