On September 3rd, 2024 the Disney Parks Blog announced a Disney Villains show is coming to Disney’s Hollywood Studios next year. It’s Magic Mirror themed and has lots of our favorite bad guys and gals. This is in addition to the Villains land coming to Magic Kingdom.
Surprise! Just when we thought we got all of the news in the D23 Disney announcements 2024 line up, something else wicked gets announced. The Hollywood Studios Disney Villains show will take the place of the Lightning McQueen Cars show on Sunset Boulevard. This is across from the Tower of Terror.
This new live production starring favorite Disney Villains will debut in the summer of 2025.

What is the Disney Villains show at Disney World about?
Here’s what we know about the show via the Disney Parks Blog:
“The creative minds at Disney Live Entertainment will transform Sunset Showcase into the mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror. The show will feature appearances by dozens of the most infamous evildoers, with fiendish foes Cruella de Vil, Captain Hook and Maleficent each breaking through the glass to take the stage in live production numbers.”
Note that Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy has its final day on October 7th, 2024.
Tuesday, October 8th shows no times available on the Disney World calendar.
Head over before then to see a final show.
